Update

If you need help at any point during a course the Help button is available in the task bar located at the top of the page where you can choose to show tips for the page you are on. You can also submit a request to the IHRDC Helpdesk at any time.

If you need help at any point during a course the HELP button is available in the task bar located at the top of the page where you can:

  1. choose to SHOW TIPS for the page you are on.

 

  1. submit a request to the IHRDC Helpdesk at any time clicking on SUPPORT CENTER.

 

  1. report an issue related to the subtopic on where you are on, clicking on I HAVE A PROBLEM. This option is only available at the subtopic level and will automatically send the information of the topic, the subtopic and the subject you are on, and the user name as well:

Select a problem type from the list and then enter your comment.

In the case you wish to be cantacted with a response, select the checkbox “Yes, I would like IHRDC to contact me with an answer to my comments.” and complete your email:

    Select a problem type from the list and then enter your comment. In case you wish to be contacted with a response, select the checkbox “Yes, I would like IHRDC to contact me with an answer to my comments,” and complete your email.

     

  2. Submit a request to the IHRDC Helpdesk at any time by clicking on "SUPPORT CENTER" also available in the Help menu.

  3. Choose to "SHOW TIPS" for the page you are on. This feature provides contextual help by highlighting and explaining various elements on the current screen. It's designed to assist you in better understanding the functionality and navigation of the page you're viewing.
