• If you do not see your certificate within the course, first confirm that you have completed the course. To complete a course, you need to pass the exams and visit all content pages in the course. This applies to both Topic-level courses that contain subtopic courses (such as IPIMS and Petroleum Online) and simple topic-level courses (like Operations & Maintenance, Business Essentials, and Clean Energy & Sustainability).

• If you don't see your certificate within the course, or the certificate link is not enabled, first confirm that you have completed the course.

• If you do not see the certificate in your Learning Management System (LMS), it is possible that the LMS has not saved your latest score and status. To update them, relaunch the course from your LMS, then click on the 'EXIT' button located at the top right. This action will prompt the LMS to retrieve the updated status and score.
